While it’s true that I have made more money on the short side of the market than the long side, it’s also true that I’m pretty much an agnostic. That’s because the market is going to move as it will. So anyone who undertakes to manage their own money is well advised to understand hard reality. Toward this, a few classic books exist, such as William Gann’s “Truth of the Stock Tape
.” This morning’s report will be nice, short, and to the point as we consider what may be out there in 2014. We’ll get to it right after some headlines and coffee.
